MyZing is an Emotional and Soulful Wellbeing Counselling business offering grounded, trauma-informed support for people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves or caught in patterns they do not know how to change.

The business was created from the understanding that emotional wellbeing is not just about insight or getting through the day. It is also about learning how to understand yourself more deeply, work with emotions in a safe and practical way, regulate your nervous system and build the inner steadiness needed to navigate life, relationships, and change.

MyZing brings together trauma-informed emotional support, counselling-informed coaching, practical education and grounded space-holding to help people move from overwhelm, shutdown, confusion, and repeating patterns into greater clarity, self-understanding, emotional steadiness, and self-leadership.

At the heart of MyZing is the belief that many of the struggles people carry are not random flaws or personal failings but protective responses shaped by lived experience. When people are not given the support, language or safety to understand what they feel, it can become difficult to regulate emotions, communicate clearly, trust themselves or feel fully connected to life. MyZing exists to help bridge that gap with support that is compassionate, practical, and usable in everyday life.

The approach is both holistic and grounded. It recognises the connection between mind, body, emotions and the deeper sense of self, while staying practical, clear, and relevant to real life. In this context, soulful does not refer to "new age" ideas or bypassing what is human. It speaks to reconnecting with your inner truth, your aliveness and a more authentic way of living.

MyZing is not only about talking, reflection or emotional relief. Where appropriate, the work can also include practical and experiential processes that support internal change, mind-body coherence and a different way of relating to what has felt stuck. The focus is always on creating support that feels emotionally safe, trauma-informed and responsive to the individual.

Support is currently offered through private 1:1 sessions, with in-person delivery as the primary mode and online options available when needed. Over time, MyZing will also expand through structured programs and supportive digital resources designed to strengthen integration, learning, and real-life application between sessions and beyond.

Above all, MyZing is here to offer a different kind of emotional wellbeing support, one that is warm but grounded, practical but compassionate and focused not only on understanding why you feel the way you do but on helping you build a healthier, steadier, and more connected way of living.
