MyZing offers private 1:1 sessions that help you safely process emotions, make sense of patterns and build practical tools for everyday life. 

​The work is practical, holistic and tailored to your needs; helping you understand what is happening internally, process emotions safely, regulate your nervous system and move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Emotional Release and Regulation 


Trauma-Informed Emotional Support 


Private 1:1 session offering a safe, non-judgmental space to express and work through emotions while also receiving support to calm your nervous system in the moment.

These sessions are for people who may be feeling overwhelmed by emotion, as well as those who feel numb, shut down, disconnected or unable to access what they are feeling.

You do not need to have it all together before you come. I meet you where you are, help your nervous system settle, and support you to gradually process emotions, reconnect with yourself and build greater inner steadiness so you have the emotional capacity to cope with your life in a more grounded way.


This support is right for you if you are: 

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, flooded or on edge

  • Holding in a lot and needing a safe space to let it out

  • Crying easily, shutting down or struggling to cope with how much you are feeling 

  • Feeling emotionally numb, disconnected or unable to access what you feel

  • Finding it hard to connect with your body and stay present when emotions arise

  • Wanting support to feel calmer, steadier and more capable in yourself

Supportive 1:1 sessions that help you talk through what you are facing, make sense of your inner world, gain clarity around patterns and build practical skills for moving forward in a more grounded and self-led way.

​While there is space to talk through what you are facing, these sessions are not limited to conversation alone. Where appropriate, I also use practical and experiential processes to help shift perspective, create greater mind-body coherence, regulate your nervous sytem and support internal change.

​

These sessions are well suited to people who want a space to reflect on what is happening in their life, explore challenges more deeply and receive grounded support with communication, boundaries, decision-making, conflict and the changes needed to create a healthier way of living and relating. Alongside insight and guidance, this work also supports a deeper reconnection with yourself, your values and the way you want to live.


This support is right for you if you are: 

  • Wanting to talk through what you are facing and gain clarity around what to do next

  • Wanting clarity about what you are feeling, why certain patterns keep repeating or what needs to change

  • Feeling stuck in relationship dynamics, self-doubt or reoccurring behaviours you cannot seem to shift

Psych-K®

​

A targeted process for subconscious belief and stress change

​

​This is a good option for people who want a direct, focused process for change rather than emotional support or in-depth reflective sessions.

​

Psych-K® is a standalone methodology that helps shift subconscious beliefs, stress and fears that may be affecting your goals, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, confidence and ability to move forward.

​

Unlike support sessions that focus on emotional processing, reflection or talking things through, Psych-K® is a more targeted process. It is well suited to people who already know what the issue is, understand what has been affecting them and yet still cannot seem to shift it. It can also be a good fit for those who are less interested in insight-based support and are looking for a more direct approach to creating change.

This support may be right for you if you are:

​

  • Aware of the problem but still feel stuck in it

  • Struggling to shift limiting beliefs, fears or negative self-talk

  • Noticing self-sabotage, inner resistance or recurring blocks around your goals

  • Wanting to reduce subconscious stress linked to a specific issue or situation

  • Looking for a more focused and goal-oriented process

  • Less interested in talking things through and more interested in shifting what is underneath the pattern
