Private 1:1 sessions offering grounded, trauma-informed support in a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for people who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves or caught in patterns they do not know how to change.

These sessions are tailored to where you are and what you need. They can provide a space to talk through what you are facing, work through emotions in a safe and supported way, calm and regulate the nervous system, gain clarity around patterns and relationship dynamics and build practical skills for communication, boundaries, self-understanding and everyday leadership. 

 

This work is not just about talking. Where appropriate, sessions can also include practical and experiential process to support internal change and shifts, shift perspective and help create greater mind-body coherence.

 

Whether you are feeling emotionally flooded, shut down, numb, confused, stuck in your head or simply needing help to make sense of what is happening and what to do next, this support is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a more grounded, steady and connected way.

Psych-K®

​

A targeted process for subconscious belief and stress change

​

​This is a good option for people who want a direct, focused process for change rather than emotional support or in-depth reflective sessions.

​

Psych-K® is a standalone methodology that helps shift subconscious beliefs, stress and fears that may be affecting your goals, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, confidence and ability to move forward.

​

Unlike support sessions that focus on emotional processing, reflection or talking things through, Psych-K® is a more targeted process. It is well suited to people who already know what the issue is, understand what has been affecting them and yet still cannot seem to shift it. It can also be a good fit for those who are less interested in insight-based support and are looking for a more direct approach to creating change.

This support may be right for you if you are:

  • Aware of the problem but still feel stuck in it

  • Struggling to shift limiting beliefs, fears or negative self-talk

  • Noticing self-sabotage, inner resistance or recurring blocks around your goals

  • Wanting to reduce subconscious stress linked to a specific issue or situation

  • Looking for a more focused and goal-oriented process

  • Less interested in talking things through and more interested in shifting what is underneath the pattern
