I’m Nicole, a Holistic Counsellor supporting emotional and soulful wellbeing through grounded, trauma-informed support.

My work helps people make sense of what they are feeling, understand the patterns shaping their lives and relationships, and build the emotional steadiness, self-awareness and practical skills needed to move forward in a healthier and more connected way.

The reason I do this work is deeply personal.

For most of my life, I lived with the impact of unresolved emotional pain, low self-worth, unhealthy relationship dynamics and a persistent sense of not fully belonging. As a single mum carrying a great deal on my own, I kept going on the outside, but inside I often felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected.

At one point, I found myself thinking, "there has to be more to life than this." That moment became a turning point. I realised I did not want to keep living in survival mode. I wanted to understand what was happening within me, find another way of living and create a different relationship with myself and my life.

Through 15 years of personal growth, emotional development, professional study and practical application, I came to understand how deeply our inner world shapes the way we cope, relate, communicate and experience life. I also discovered what it means to feel more at home within yourself; to understand your emotions, accept more of who you are and live with greater steadiness, self-trust and openness.

That is what led me to this work.

Today, I bring together lived experience with professional training in Holistic Counselling and trauma-informed support. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in whole-person wellbeing. While there is always space for reflection and conversation, my work is not just about talking. Where appropriate, I also use practical and experiential processes that support change in the mind, body and nervous system, helping insight turn into meaningful internal change.

What matters most to me is creating a space that feels safe, real and non-judgmental. A space where people do not have to perform, hold everything together or pretend they are okay.
I believe many of the struggles people carry make sense in the context of what they have lived through and that with the right support, people can develop a healthier relationship with themselves, their emotions, and the way they move through life.

Outside of my work, I’m also a single mum and business owner. I value depth, honesty/integrity, creativity, accountability, nature, and the quieter parts of life that help us reconnect with what is real. These parts of who I am naturally shape the way I hold space for others; grounded, human, and with deep respect for each person’s capacity for change.
